This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. To apply please submit your CV to stephanie@winners-recruitment.co.uk or call Steph for more information on 01872 264744  Key Responsibilities: Advertise job vacancies and manage application responses Source, screen, and register candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases Conduct initial telephone interviews and assess candidate suitability Support Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting, preparing candidate profiles, and arranging interviews Carry out cold calls to prospective businesses to support business development and identify new opportunities Keep candidate records updated and ensure compliance with internal processes Always deliver an excellent and personal candidate and client experience Skills & Requirements: Confident and professional telephone manner Willingness to carry out cold calling and enjoy building new business relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work to deadlines Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not essential
