Conference Host – DAYS

I am recruiting an experienced conference host with experience in hospitality to join a small and growing team at a new state-of-the-art Conference Centre.

Your duties will include welcoming guests, managing bookings, answering telephone calls, responding to emails and general reception duties. You will be ensuring our meeting rooms are ready for delegates including organising tea and coffee facilities, catering orders and the layout of rooms.

Personal Attributes and Skill Criteria:

   Previous experience in hospitality, preferably front of house
   The ability to communicate confidently with a broad range of customers
    Excellent communication and customer service skills
   You must be reliable, honest, hardworking and flexible, with a friendly and approachable nature.
Own transport or access to a vehicle would be desirable
