My clients near Lands End are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join their friendly team.As a receptionist for this lovely Hotel, you will be the main point of contact for each step of the guest’s journey, from calling to book, emailing a query, checking in and the final goodbye. Successful candidates must; Have experience in a customer facing Reception role. Be friendly, professional and approachable Work as part of a team Confident with Microsoft office including excel Ideal candidates will have experience on a PMS Reservation system and experience dealing with online travel agents. Offering 34 hours per week at £11.44 per hour on a permanent basis, 4 days per week.
