My client located on the outskirts of Truro are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their management team across the 2 Hotels.As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of food and beverage services across multiple hotels. You will work closely with the management team to uphold high standards of customer service, maximise revenue, and create exceptional dining experiences for guests.This is a full time permanent position offering an hourly rate of £12.71 plus gratuities and company benefitsTo apply please submit your CV to stephanie@winners-recruitment.co.uk or call Steph at Winners Recruitment, Truro for more informationKey Responsibilities:Supervision: Oversee daily food and beverage operations across various outlets within the hotels alongside the Front of House & F&B Managers.Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalised service. Address any guest enquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver excellent service. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance staff performance and job satisfaction.Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies while minimising waste and controlling costs.Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold brand standards and exceed guest expectations.Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment for staff and guests.Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.Requirements:- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control.- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and adapt to changing business needs.- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
