Your new role as a customer payment manager will be to call existing customers, who have had trouble in paying their utility bills and assist in arranging payment plans to prevent court action.
Full training for this role will be provided but you will need to show resilience in asking customers about their finances and can work to company set targets.
The company have a large open planned office where strict adherence to Covid prevention rules have been put into place.
