Manufacturing Administrator (Part-Time)About the RoleWe are seeking a part-time Manufacturing Administrator to provide essential support across our factory and office operations. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working within a manufacturing environment, is confident using computer systems, and has strong organisational skills.You will play a key role in supporting production and inventory processes, working closely with the factory floor, supervisors, and office team. Full training will be provided on our ERP system, Epicor.Key Responsibilities Accurately closing production jobs within the ERP system Investigating and resolving negative stock discrepancies Processing stock transfers and maintaining accurate inventory records Supporting production planning and general factory administration Tracking and maintaining apprentice records and documentation Liaising with production teams, supervisors, and office staff Assisting with general administrative and office duties as required Skills & ExperienceEssential: Strong IT skills with confidence in learning new systems Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Clear written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Desirable (but not essential): Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Previous experience with ERP systems or stock control (Epicor experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided) Ability to read or interpret basic technical or engineering drawings Experience supporting apprentices, training records, or compliance documentation Personal Attributes Methodical, accurate, and detail-focused Proactive with a willingness to learn Comfortable working closely with factory and production teams Reliable, trustworthy, and professional What We Offer Part-time hours with flexibility Full training on Epicor and internal processes A supportive and collaborative team environment The opportunity to develop and grow the role over time within a hands-on engineering business
