Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in powder coating to join our team at a great company based in Redruth. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player, eager to contribute to the company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Work within the Powder Coating Department to meet production targets. Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards, adhering to specifications and deadlines. Maintain and care for electrostatic spray guns on a daily basis. Follow all Health and Safety regulations and guidelines. Review and manage the job schedule to ensure smooth workflow. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the powder coating process. Monitor inventory levels of powder, wet spray primer, and other materials, and notify the relevant person when stock is running low.Requirements: Previous experience with manual spray guns is essential. Ability to prepare parts for powder coating. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Capable of working towards targets and deadlines. At least one year of relevant experience (training will be provided for the right candidate). Must live within a commutable distance of Redruth.
