Whether you already have some assembly experience or are simply looking for an opportunity to learn new technical skills, full training and support will be provided for the right candidate. Working as part of a small, friendly, and supportive team, you will play an important role in the assembly and production of specialist electronic equipment supplied to customers across a range of industries worldwide. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic instruments by following written instructions and technical documentation. Learn to solder and carry out rework on printed circuit boards (PCBs), including both surface-mount and through-hole components. Carry out assembly tasks to a high standard of quality and accuracy. Support production activities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support across different areas of the business when required. Use basic computer systems to complete production-related tasks and records. Follow company procedures and quality standards at all times.What We're Looking For A genuine interest in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering. A willingness to learn new skills and develop within a technical environment. Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. Basic computer skills.
