Steph has over 15 years of experience within the Hospitality Sector, she started her career back in 2009 at Holiday parks and worked her way up the ladder to her last role of being a Hotel Manager for 6 years.

Steph has been an in-house recruiter over the past 10 years giving her the knowledge and understanding required to ensure her client’s needs are met and her hands-on experience enables her to source and select strong candidates.

Her hands-on approach and strong business management skills within Hospitality enable her to build and maintain a great rapport with both her clients and candidates.

Steph joined the Winner’s Recruitment Team in June 2021 as Hospitality Account Manager, and successfully manages both permanent and temporary roles.

After a successful first 2 years, Steph was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant in March 2023.
