Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and inspected to company standards. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff. Manage staff rotas, stock control, laundry, and housekeeping supplies. Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and departmental performance. Ensure compliance with health & safety, COSHH, and company procedures. Strong leadership, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
