Job description: Winners recruitment has the pleasure of working with an award winning salt harvesting company based at the bottom of Cornwall. Role Overview: Key Duties:Preparing & sending brine batchesHarvesting and drying saltFollowing the cleaning scheduleGeneral production dutiesShifts: Three shifts available (06:00 to 14:30, 14:00 to 20:30, 22:00 to 06:30),A new colleague would start on the early shift for a few weeks. Salary & Benefits:Hourly Rate: £13.83 per hourHours: 40 hours per week, with some weekend overtime (approximately 9 hours on either Saturday or Sunday, paid at time and a half)Breaks: 15-minute paid break, 30-minute unpaid lunch breakOvertime required for weekends after gaining experience.If you have any specific questions about the role or the details, feel free to ask!
