Pay: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per yearLocation: HelstonTitle: Sales ExecutiveOTE: £40,000.00 Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to represent a strong and growing automotive brand.You will be responsible for selling a diverse range of new and used vehicles, alongside associated products and services, while consistently achieving agreed sales targets and delivering a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and aftersales introduction.You will act as a brand ambassador, building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Proactively sell new and used vehicles through a structured, consultative sales process, maximising both volume and profitability Accurately appraise vehicles offered in part exchange, ensuring fair valuations and commercial awareness Maintain an exceptional showroom environment, ensuring vehicle displays and customer areas consistently meet brand and presentation standards Actively prospect for new business through follow-up activity, referrals, repeat customers, and a variety of lead-generation sources Consistently follow the sales process to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a seamless customer journey Manage the full sales cycle, including vehicle preparation and professional handover, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of vehicle features, technology, and controls Introduce customers to the Aftersales team and promote service and support options, helping to build long-term customer loyalty and repeat business Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across vehicles, accessories, finance options, pricing, and key competitor offerings Ensure all customer information, sales activities, finance documentation, and vehicle records are completed accurately and maintained in line with company and regulatory requirements Contribute to the planning and delivery of sales campaigns, promotional events, and on-site or off-site activities to maximise sales performance and market presence Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support showroom targets and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experienceAbout You You will be a confident, professional, and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and be driven to achieve and exceed targets.A full UK driving license is essential, along with a proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to personal and professional development.
