Serve as duty manager, handling troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges. Ensure each visitor receives a high-quality, educational, and immersive experience. Take direct responsibility for the smooth and efficient functioning across the site. Contribute to the development, interpretation, and implementation of new exhibitions and historical content, Engage visitors through compelling storytelling, guided interpretation, and interactive experiences. Design and deliver a comprehensive programme of workshops, guided tours, and special events. Train, mentor, and support the Welcome and Host team to provide engaging, accurate, and informative visitor interactions. Work closely with the marketing team to create content that showcases the site’s cultural and historical importance.
