Handle guest complaints professionally and in line with company procedures. Supervise and manage the Restaurant team in accordance with company policies. Work with the Food & Beverage, Operations and General Managers to meet sales targets. Control stock and staffing costs effectively. Ensure food and drinks are served efficiently and to company standards. Train and support staff, including menu and product training. Complete all relevant departmental administration. Support recruitment, induction and staffing requirements. Keep up to date with promotions and new products, and promote these to guests. Assist with functions and events as required. Ensure accurate billing, payments and financial reporting. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, health and safety. Ensure service standards are maintained to meet relevant awards and company expectations. Maintain good communication and working relationships with all departments. Follow procedures relating to fire safety, COSHH, infection control, health and safety and emergency aid. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
