Manufacturing Operative - Binder Operator / No.3 Press Reelhand  Winners Recruitment are recruiting for 2 Manufacturing Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company in Roche. This is a fantastic opportunity offering full training, ongoing development, excellent benefits, 7 weeks' holiday, paid breaks, and regular overtime opportunities. Working an average of 39 hours per week, you'll work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) on a rotating shift pattern. Day shifts rotate between Monday-Wednesday for 4 weeks and Thursday-Saturday for 4 weeks, while night shifts operate Sunday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Friday, with 12 additional shifts per year. The role will include: Supporting press operations and ensuring production runs efficiently Preparing reels, materials, and machinery for production Operating and maintaining binding, stitching, and production equipment Carrying out quality checks and monitoring product standards Completing production paperwork and recording accurate data Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following health and safety procedures at all timesWe're looking for: Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality Strong numeracy and literacy skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to work effectively as part of a team A flexible approach to working shifts Previous manufacturing, production line, or machine operating experience (advantageous but not essential)
