Due to some recent changes in the teams I have 2 interesting opportunities available for the right candidates – they would need to interview for it.  Essentially 2 available, 1 Line Leader (Supervisor) and 1 Key Operative (junior leader). Both roles would start as trainees on an intensive training programme moving onto the full rates on completion. Full rates payable are Line Leader £14.95 (not sure on starter rate)  - & Key Operative £13.80 then £14.20 after 26 weeks. I will wave starter rates for the right candidate. Would naturally lead to direct employment after successful probation.  For both roles the shifts are 6am until 3pm 5 days per week (alternate Saturday working), 40 hours but flexibility is required (would best suit someone looking for 45-50 hours per week).  Line Leader  Role requirements  Leading a team of 4 to 12 people to complete standard production tasks such as packing, grading, glazing and palletising Upholding standards in own area in terms of food safety, health & safety and good manufacturing practice Training, mentoring and coaching of new colleagues – acting as a role model at all times Reporting daily outputs and stock movements by completion of production records Leading area hygiene and completion of related records Representing the team at junior leadership meetings/forums Using the Falfish stock and traceability system with 100% accuracy  Preferred Candidate Qualities    Leadership experience (essential)   Food processing experience (desirable) Manufacturing/factory experience (desirable)  Key Operative Role requirements   Deputy for Line Leader as required Working alone on a complex task or leading a small team (up to 6 people in one area) to complete standard production tasks such as packing, grading, glazing and palletisingUpholding standards in own area in terms of food safety, health & safety and good manufacturing practice Training, mentoring and coaching of new colleagues – acting as a role model at all times Reporting daily outputs and stock movements by completion of production records Contribute to area hygiene and completion of related records Using the Falfish stock and traceability system with 100% accuracy  Preferred Candidate Qualities   Leadership experience (desirable)   Food processing experience (desirable) Manufacturing/factory experience (desirable)
