JOB TITLE: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORLOCATION: SENNEN, WEST CORNWALLSALARY: £27500 – 40 HOURS PER WEEK INC WEEKENDS My clients near Sennen are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their Management Team.Please note due to location and estate – candidates must have full driving licence and access to own transport. This is a full-time permanent position offering 40 hours per week all year round – due to the nature of the business weekends and bank holidays will be required. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all rooms are serviced to the required standard within the designated time frame. Take an active, hands-on role while overseeing all cleaning duties throughout the building as directed by your line manager, including but not limited to public areas, guest bedrooms, and bathrooms: Dust and polish furniture and fixtures. Make beds and change linen and towels in accordance with the company training manual. Clean all glass and mirrors using approved products while following COSHH and PPE procedures. Ensure all bedrooms are stocked with the correct quantity and selection of toiletries and tea tray supplies. Tidy and clean stay-over rooms in line with company policies and procedures. Empty bins and remove waste as required. Clean and sanitise all bathroom fittings in compliance with COSHH and PPE procedures. Vacuum and clean carpets and hard flooring. Manage the delivery, recording, and invoicing of all laundry from external providers in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure you and all staff under your supervision comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the company training manual. Monitor and report maintenance issues following company policies and procedures. Carry out office administration tasks as instructed by your line manager.
