My clients near Looe are seeking a Pastry Chef to join their 2 Rosette Kitchen!  As Pastry Chef, you will focus on creating fresh products. Afternoon tea is an important event here and must be top-quality.You will work across lunch, dinner, tasting, and Sunday menus, each with unique dishes that are carefully prepared and tested. Providing method statements, ingredient lists, costs, and images of the dishes is essential.As well as the menus above a daily task for the Pastry Chef will include making biscuits and cakes for hotel rooms & Residents.Please note you will also be required to cover other sections across the kitchen as well as Pastry!Ideal candidates will come with a positive attitude, effective task execution, and experience in a similar setting.
