You’ll start by supporting the sales process — handling enquiries, processing orders, and managing small accounts — before stepping up to generate new business and take ownership of your own sales targets.You’ll be a key part of the company’s mission to drive change in how complex waste is managed and converted into valuable products. Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales Development Follow up on warm inbound enquiries and marketing leads Make cold calls and email prospects to generate new business Qualify opportunities, understand client needs, and close deals Manage and grow smaller accounts with long-term potentialSales Support & Order Management Assist the wider sales team with quotes, product info, and customer queries Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries Communicate pricing, availability, and lead times clearlyCustomer Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients Record all activity in the company CRM Handle customer issues professionally and keep clients updatedReporting & Collaboration Maintain sales reports and track your own performance Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams Stay on top of market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity What We’re Looking ForThis role needs someone with natural sales energy — someone who thrives on chasing leads, closing deals, and driving results.
