Training & Support: Train and coach colleagues on system usage, ensuring processes are understood and consistently followed. Sales & Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for customers — processing orders accurately, delivering outstanding service, and sharing feedback to help drive improvements. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Wholesale & FM Channel Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to help achieve business objectives. Process Improvement: Identify and embed opportunities for greater efficiency and cost savings. Trade Shows & Events: Plan and coordinate trade shows, including booking, logistics, samples, and travel arrangements. HR & Quality Support: Assist with new starter inductions, wellbeing initiatives, and training coordination. Health & Safety: Serve as a First Aider and support H&S compliance in your area. General Administration: Maintain and improve procedures relating to orders, logistics, and customer onboarding, and provide office and holiday cover as needed.About You Proven experience providing accurate and efficient sales or office administration support, ideally within the food production, distribution, or export industry. Confident using and supporting ERP systems and Microsoft Teams. Strong organisational skills with the creativity to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — both internally and externally. A proactive mindset with a passion for streamlining processes and finding smarter ways to work. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving, ambitious business.
