Job Title: Head Spa TherapistLocation: FalmouthPay: £15 per hour – salaried – full time  Our clients in Falmouth are seeking a Head Therapist to join their team at this stunning coastal award-winning spa. To apply please submit your CV to stephanie@winners-recruitment.co.uk Main Responsibilities; Maintain high standards of room cleanliness, safety, presentation, and conduct regular room/stock area checks; liaise with maintenance when needed. Monitor and communicate daily treatment and retail revenue to the therapist team. Efficiently schedule therapist rotas and organise cover for sickness or absence. Support the Spa Manager by handling customer complaints, daily operations, and delegated tasks when required. Ensure confidentiality, GDPR compliance, and adherence to company policies (sickness, clocking in/out, SOPs). Stay confident and up to date with TRYBE, including updating stock and costings. Keep informed of departmental changes and communicate updates to the team. Foster a positive work environment and strong relationships across all departments. Provide leadership as shift leader, offering problem-solving and support to therapists and reception. Participate in all training and development to enhance skills and guest experience. Organise and deliver training for new and existing therapists, including supplier training, product house training, and protocol updates. Ensure therapists follow correct treatment standards and protocols. Conduct therapist reviews and report outcomes to the Spa Manager. Manage stock: ordering, rotation, maintaining levels, updating displays, and liaising with product reps. Work with marketing on monthly promotions, offers, and featured retail/treatment items. Create and maintain treatment protocols and assist with departmental SOPs. Assist with recruitment processes, inductions, trade tests, and appraisals alongside the Spa Manager. Support spa reception, organise events, and assign tasks to attendants when required.
