You’ll confidently run your section from prep to plating, ensuring everything operates smoothly and to the highest standard. Carry out food prep, cooking, and portioning with consistency and excellence. Assist with stock takes while keeping your area well stocked and organised. Uphold outstanding hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times. Provide vital support to the Head Chef and help with the smooth running of kitchen operations. Follow kitchen schedules and manage all associated admin, including check sheets and temperature logs.
