Drive revenue, profitability and cost control. Maintain high standards across accommodation, food, beverage and customer service. Lead, motivate and develop managers and teams. Manage staffing, rotas, budgets and payroll. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, licensing and relevant legislation. Manage accommodation rates, booking systems and OTA relationships. Respond professionally to guest feedback and enquiries. Identify opportunities to improve standards, efficiency and performance. About YouYou will ideally have: 3+ years’ experience in hotel management. Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager or similar. Food Safety Level 3 and a Personal Licence. Strong Health & Safety and operational knowledge. Experience with hotel booking and revenue management systems. An understanding of budgets, GP, payroll and profitability. Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. A professional, proactive and commercially focused approach. Experience with Guestline, Hotel Perfect, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb or similar platforms would be advantageous.
