The role offers a varied workload, autonomy, and the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas. Oversee the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Administer commercial leases, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant enquiries. Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and compliance activities across the property portfolio. Monitor service contracts and ensure works are completed efficiently and within budget. Prepare and manage property budgets, service charge accounts, and financial reports. Ensure compliance with lease obligations, health and safety requirements, and relevant property legislation. Manage invoicing, arrears, and other property-related financial matters. Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports for clients.  The Ideal Candidate Previous experience within Commercial Property Management is essential. Strong understanding of commercial leases, lease administration, and landlord and tenant matters. Experience managing maintenance and property compliance requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities. Financially aware with experience managing budgets and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems. Full UK Driving Licence.
