Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally in line with hotel policies. Follow all hotel procedures and standards outlined in the training manual. Answer telephone calls and manage guest check-in and check-out. Maintain the cleanliness of public areas. Assist with the setup and clear-down of conferences and events. Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel throughout the night. Provide luggage assistance when required. Serve food and beverages to a high standard and support the Food & Beverage team as needed. Assist Reception by preparing departure processes during the night. Accurately process guest billing, payments, and reception sales in line with company policy. Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships across all hotel departments. Comply with Fire Safety, Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency First Aid procedures. Carry out any other duties as reasonably required.
