As a Resort Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of the resort's facilities, with a particular focus on hot tub maintenance including full empties/cleans/refills twice a week. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance work, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and a proactive approach to property care. To apply please submit your application to stephanie@winners-recruitment.co.uk Responsibilities:- Perform daily maintenance tasks, including hot tub testing, filter cleaning, and property care.- Conduct pre-arrival checks to ensure all facilities are in working order for incoming guests.- Handle hands-on involvement in various maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic building work.- Manage linen collections and coordinate project timelines with park teams.- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met through regular checks and maintenance.- Conduct general gardening duties, including grass cutting, weeding, and managing waste disposal.- Trim bushes, trees, and undergrowth to maintain the resort's aesthetic appeal.- Report any health and safety issues promptly and take necessary actions to address them.- Manage bin collection and recycling to ensure proper waste disposal practices are followed. Experience/ Qualifications:- Proven experience in maintenance work, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.- Knowledge of hot tub maintenance procedures is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour as needed.
