The OpportunityWorking closely with the Sales Manager and wider commercial team, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients across the UK. As the first point of contact for many potential customers, you will introduce the company's products and services, arrange appointments for the external sales team, and help identify exciting new project opportunities. This is a varied role that combines relationship building, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales support. Key Responsibilities Making outbound calls to prospective customers and generating qualified appointments. Building and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers. Managing incoming enquiries and customer communications. Researching potential clients, projects, and business opportunities. Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. Supporting the sales team with lead generation and project tracking. Managing sample requests and customer follow-up activity. Working collaboratively with colleagues to identify and develop new opportunities. About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, sales support, customer service, or business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A professional and confident telephone manner. Strong relationship-building and rapport-building abilities. The confidence to make outbound calls and follow up opportunities consistently. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience within construction, interiors, architecture, or specification sales would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product training will be provided. What's on Offer?
