Undertaking Building Surveys on a wide variety of residential properties. Completing Residential Valuations. Carrying out Mortgage Valuation work where required. Producing accurate, detailed and professional survey reports. Delivering expert advice to clients purchasing residential property. Managing your own diary efficiently across multiple locations throughout Cornwall. Providing an exceptional level of customer service while maintaining the company's excellent reputation. Building trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts.  A Typical Day Could Include Starting the morning overlooking the Cornish coastline before heading to your first appointment. Completing a property survey on a stunning coastal home. Returning to complete detailed survey reports from the comfort of your home or office. Enjoying the variety of working across Cornwall's most sought-after locations.  About You The successful candidate will ideally have: FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS qualification. Around 2 years' post-qualification experience (preferred but not essential for the right individual). Experience carrying out Residential Surveys and Valuations. Excellent written report-writing skills. Strong communication and client relationship skills. A professional, approachable and empathetic manner. The ability to manage your own workload and diary effectively. A full UK Driving Licence. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality professional advice.  What's on Offer?
