This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised individual who enjoys speaking with customers, processing orders, and working within a busy office environment. The OpportunityWorking as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, handling customer enquiries, processing sales orders, and ensuring the smooth administration of orders from enquiry through to invoicing.Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a growing business. Key Responsibilities Processing inbound and outbound sales orders via telephone and email. Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service. Processing goods received, delivery notes, and raising invoices. Handling customer payments accurately. Maintaining accurate records using bespoke sales, stock, and invoicing software. Responding promptly to emails and prioritising daily workloads. Welcoming customers, suppliers, and visitors to the office. Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are processed efficiently. Supporting the wider team with general administration duties. About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience within an administration, sales support, customer service, or office-based role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems. A positive, friendly, and professional approach. The ability to work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Experience within a merchant, distribution, or B2B environment would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
