Carry out planned and preventative maintenance across the property. Respond promptly to maintenance issues to support an excellent guest experience. Maintain stock control and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Keep accurate maintenance records, including fire logbooks and room maintenance logs. Maintain the appearance and condition of guest rooms, public areas, external areas, and hotel grounds. Comply with all hotel policies, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, COSHH, and other statutory requirements. Work collaboratively with all departments and undertake any other duties as required. Due to remote location candidates must have use of own transport
