JOB: LEAD CHEFLOCATION: FALMOUTHSALARY: £37,000 - £40,000 + TIPSWe are seeking a Lead Chef for our clients in Falmouth.This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a chef who excels in crafting distinctive dining experiences and delivering outstanding cuisine in an intimate, luxury setting.You will take the lead on private dining events for up to 60 guests, collaborating with a small, dedicated team to produce consistently exceptional dishes.TO APPLY PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV TO: stephanie@winners-recruitment.co.ukOr Call for more information 01872 264744 Key Responsibilities Create and develop innovative, seasonal menus tailored to private dining Execute dishes with impeccable presentation and flavour Lead and work alongside a small kitchen team (2–3 staff) during service Oversee smooth and efficient kitchen operations throughout events Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation Handle essential kitchen administration, including preparation planning and stock managementExperience Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hotel setting Supervising experience in a culinary context is highly desirable Strong background in food production, food safety standards, and culinary techniques Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation skills Experience in serving customers directly or managing front-of-house operations is advantageous Familiarity with health regulations and best practices in kitchen safety and hygiene
