My client near St Ives are looking for a Chef De Partie to join their busy Kitchen Team. As a chef de partie you get to oversee a section of the kitchen;Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialityManaging and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with youHelping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menusEnsuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safetyMonitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins Full time (40 hours per week) permanent role offering an hourly rate of pay of £14.00 plus tips and company perks!Working 5 days per week including weekends and evenings IMMEDIATE START Free on site parking and company discount and benefits To apply please submit your CV to stephanie@winners-recruitment.co.uk or give Steph a call at Winners Recruitment, Truro on 01872 264744
