Provide advice on maintenance, repairs and additional services available. Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, providing accurate timescales and cost information. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services that benefit the customer. Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation and workshop bookings. Process customer payments and cash transactions where required. Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional levels of service. Keep up to date with vehicle models, manufacturer updates and dealership services.About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Good mechanical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs. A confident and professional communication style. Experience identifying opportunities to upsell products and services. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment. Good IT skills and experience using dealership management systems would be advantageous.
